Second Multi-Purpose Vessel, INS Utkarsh, Launched for Indian Navy

 Larsen & Toubro (L&T) has launched INS Utkarsh, the second multi-purpose vessel (MPV) for the Indian Navy. The launch took place at the Kattupalli Shipyard near Chennai. This shows India's progress in building its own ships as part of the "Aatmanirbhar Bharat" (self-reliant India) mission.
