Bed Making Processs

 Strip the bed

  • Remove the bedspread and the blanket and fold them in such a way that opening and spreading them again doesn't take much time.

  • If the bedspread is soil, remove them and use fresh.

  • Remove all the sheets together, remove the pillow covers also and keep them separately.


Straighten the mattress protector

  • Straighten and smooth down the mattress protector with the light hand.

  • Change the mattress protector if necessary.


Place the bottom sheet

  • Unflod a fresh bed sheet.

  • Place it on the bed, right side up, with wider ham on the top.

  • Take the headboard and footboard.

  • Mitre the four corners.

  • Tack in on the sides.


Place the top sheet

  • Unfold a fresh bed sheet and place it on the bed wrong side up, with the wider ham at level with the top of the bed.


Place the blanket

  • Open the blanket and place it on the bed four inches below the top sheet and allow it through at the bottom.


Place the crinkle sheet

  • Place the crinkle sheet over the blanket so that the upper ham is in line with that of the top sheet.


Fold back the top sheet and the crinkle sheet over the blanket

  • Fold back the topsheet and the crinkle sheet at the headboard over the top edge of the blanket and then fold again the top sheet, crinkle sheet and the blanket. 

  • Tack in together at the footboard and mitre the corners.


Put the pillow covers on pillow and place on the bed

  • Pull the pillow covers 


Place the bedspread or bed runner on the bed

  • Place the bedspread over the bed so that it hangs evenly on the size and button
